Fault 1
This Rift is located high above the ground, next to a large tree. The easiest way to get to it is to stand on one of the roofs and use a rope launcher so that you can fasten yourself onto the rope and grab it in the air.
Fault 2
This fault is located high above the ground, among buildings. Get to the roof of any of the buildings and use the rope launcher in a place that will allow you to contact it during the ride.
Fault 3
This crack is located between the buildings and hangs several meters above the ground. Reach the roof of one of the tallest buildings, face the secret, and aim the rope launcher at the lower roof. If you just ensure that your trip goes right, you'll have no problem grabbing the collector's item.
Fault 4
This fault is located inside a covered railway station. It is installed several meters above the ground, and to reach it, you first need to climb on metal beams on a large structure. Use the beams to stand directly above the collectible and jump down to grab it in the air.
Fault 9
This crack is located high above the ground, near a large tree. Climb to the roof of one of the tallest buildings and stand in the place shown in the screenshot above. Take a leap of faith. You should be able to grab it in the air, even before you fall on a haystack.
You need to find the cracks yourself, because you can't buy a map for them (individual cracks are added to your map after you get close to them). Most of the cracks are in hard-to-reach places, and you will only be able to get to them after you take a leap of faith, i.e. after using a rope launcher. Below are the ways to get to the most difficult ones.
Fault 6
This fault is located above the northern part of Lambeth Palace. Pull a rope between the nearest tall roofs or chimneys and use it to move directly over the collectible. After that, release the rope.
Fault 7
This rift is located in the western part of the area, near the River Thames. Find two pillars and climb to a higher one.
